Dr. Nayna Patel is a lecturer for Harvard on fertility as well as was an assistant professor for PS Medical college. Dr. Patel has six gold medals and has been running a private practice since 1991 which is attached to Kaival Hospital.

Dr. Patel has been featured on Oprah Winfrey Show, HBO Google Baby and Good Morning America; she also has had her work documented on BBC, as well as having Discovery channel currently working on a documentary on her.· Dr. Nayna Patel is from Rajkot, School education from Nirmala convent School and College from M.P.Shah Medical College Jamnager (awarded IMA honor in 2006).· She attended the National University, Singapore in 1996, and has been a visiting specialist in IVF centers in USA, South Korea, UK, etc.· She has two children, one daughter and one son who are both dentists and her husband is an Orthopedic specialist (as well as a supervisor in her fertility clinic).

Mr Himanshu Patel ( M.S in clinical Embryologist, Uni. of Leeds U.K ) is the visiting Embryologist and has technical collaoration with Jordan Hospital, Amman. Trained for IVF at Diamond institute, N.J-USA, ICSI at Jordan Hospital, PGD at Monash  Institute,  Austrila.

Mrs. Harsha  Bhadarka  is the In-house Embryologist Bsc. (Micro), DMLT, 8 years experience in reputed IVF institute of Gujarat, Participated as a faculty in international conference  & many IUI training conducted by the institute.

Dr. Hitesh Patel is the Administrator and chief counselor.

Dr. Umaben Jaiswal and Dr. Saroj R. Grover are the assistant doctors of the team.
