Dr. Vega Rich. Attended medical school at the University of Panama in 1978 and completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Social Security Fund in 1983. He studied at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Hospital and Medical Center in New York from 1983-1985, where he acquired the title of Fellow in Maternal and Fetal Medicine.
